These terms govern your use of cavomo.com and purchases from CAVOMO.
1. About us
CAVOMO operates the cavomo.com online store, selling travel essentials to consumers. Contact: support@cavomo.com.
2. Ordering & contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline an order (for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly incorrect) and will refund any payment received.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider over an encrypted connection.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping & delivery page. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
5. Returns & withdrawal
You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & exchanges policy. EU/EEA consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. Product information
We describe and photograph our products carefully. Colors and minor details may vary slightly between screens and reality. Sample or illustrative products are marked as such.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
