Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return items you bought from us.
30-day returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Contact support@cavomo.com with your order number to start a return — we will send you the instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the price you paid for the items to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the original delivery are refunded where required by law.
Exchanges
Want a different product or size? Return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will help you sort it out.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@cavomo.com with your order number and a photo — we will fix it at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
